bleu eyelash2号店オープン？

今年2月吉日オープンのbleu eyelash。お陰様で暇な日以外は絶好調！あ、当たり前か（笑）

昨今の美容業界共通のお悩みは人。いや、昔々から今日の今日まで悩みのほとんどが人なのです。
「町田は物件がなかなかないよねー」とか「いい商材ない？」なんて話ができるとしたら、人がいてはじめて出来るわけで、美容業界に限らず人＝スタッフがいないとはじまりません。
そして、同じくお客様が来てくださらないと成り立たない。
ある経営者の先輩が言ってました。「同じ人の悩みでも、スタッフがいるならまだいい。スタッフがいるなら何か手は打てるけど人がいないとどうしようもない」と。
お陰様でbleu eyelashはスタッフにも、お客様にも恵まれ、さらにその先の展開を見据えて2店舗目の出店を決断しました。
早速物件探し、bleu近隣に出た物件を内見。まあまあ良さそう。でも、色々気になる点もあり、ちょっと迷ったのでした。
そんな矢先、bleu eyelashの隣にあるパーソナルジムがなんかひっそり静まり返っている。
「もしかして店舗撤退？」でも、いつも割と静か目だったし、そんなことないかな？と思っていたら、出ました空き物件情報！？
10月末退出予定の賃貸物件情報が出てきたのです。
早速動き出して、動きまくって、走り回って、只今内装プチ工事中です。今月中には準備完了の予定です。
今年2月にオープンしたばかりでまだよちよち歩きのbleu eyelashですが、思い切って1歩大きく踏み出しました。
現店舗の隣店舗ということで、2号店というよりは増床に近い今回の出店。
bleu eyelashスタッフの中には「なんで隣に出店するんですか？」と異論を唱えられ者もいましたが、隣には数多くのメリットがあります。
幾つもあるメリットの中で最も大きいメリットは人のやりくりです。現店舗のスタッフ中心で新店を運営する際にいきなり2つに分かれるのは何かと大変です。人数がいきなり半分で運営しなければいけなくなりますから。
それが隣同士の店舗であればほぼ問題なし。今までの延長で運営していけるイメージなのです。
はい、倍になったらスタッフも倍増したいです。というか、しなきゃです(^^;)
さて、そんなbleu eyelash新店オープンにあたりオープニングスタッフ大×100募集中です！

I don’t know if it’s just me or if everybody else experiencing issues with your site. It appears as though some of the written text on your content are running off the screen. Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This could be a problem with my web browser because I’ve had this happen before. Appreciate it

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
