そもそも、パーマがかかる原理ってシンプルで、しかも薬剤も数十年大きな進化はしていません。メーカーは毎年多くの新製品を投入しますが、薬事法の縛りもあり、大きくは変わってないのが実情です。
ですから、そこに水蒸気かけただけでパーマが劇的に変化することなどは本当はないはずなんです。
美容室で、カラーやパーマの際に頭を暖められた経験ありますよね？頭の上でぐるぐる回ったりして、ほんのり暖かくなる奴。あれは遠赤外線です。
