チェンジ！

YES WE CANとか言って、ノーベル平和賞ももらった割には影が薄いオバマさん(^_^;)
いやいや、そういうのじゃなくて。チェンジしました、blogのデザインを。
このデザインテンプレート、タイトルがずばり「シンプル」。
ちょっとあっさりしすぎかー？と思いつつ、今の僕の気分を反映できるような気もして、「シンプル」採用です。
来月より、緒形は定休日火曜日以外に毎週金曜日お休みを頂きます。。ご予約し辛くなるお客様もいらっしゃると思います。申し訳ありません。どうかご了承ください。
bleuスタッフの今後のことを考えて、ギアチェンジしなければ。そう考えて、金曜日店を抜けて、勉強しに行ってきます。
美容師の為の講習会はほとんど火曜日に開催されます。火曜日に開催される講習の多くは技術の講習です。美容師たるもの腕を上げてなんぼです。技術を磨かねばなりません。
が、僕は金曜日に勉強しに行くのです。
誤解を恐れず書くと。今僕の技術の腕を上げる気はあまり無くなりました。って、僕担当のお客様ごめんなさいわーい（嬉しい顔）
例えばの話し。僕が腕を上げる。僕のお客様が増える。売り上げが上がる。僕が儲かる（笑）
でも、今の状況で僕のお客様を増やすと、スタッフが僕のアシスタントに回らなければいけなくなる。そして、スタッフが育つ機会を奪いかねないのです。
美容師としてのプライドを前面に押し出すならば、より高い売り上げを目指すところですが、僕は経営者としてスタッフにもっとチャンスを与えて伸びてもらう方を目指すことにしました。
とは言え！週5日出勤しますし、腕も鈍らせませんからね！来て下さるお客様には満足いただけるよう頑張りますから！
そういう思考、方向にチェンジすると決めてしまったのです。
先日bleuスタッフには今年の反省と来年の目標を書いてもらいました。みんなたくさん書いてくれたのですが、僕が変わり、bleuが変わらなければ、また来年の今頃「今年もまた1年同じように過ぎただけだった」とぼやいているに違いありません。
既に来年は始まっています。来年は1月1日からではありません。って、やっぱ1月1日からですよね（爆）
でも、今年残り2ヶ月今のままで、元旦から俺は変わる！なんて言っても絶対に変わるはずがないんです。
僕のお客様には、金曜予約取れず結果的にご不便かけてしまうことあるかもしれませんが、必ず「なんかbleu前より良くなったよね」と言われるようスタッフ一同頑張りますので。
いっそのこと「緒形さんいないほうがスタッフイキイキしてて良いね」とまで言われたいかもです（笑）
